Setting things straight

I want people to know that I am not a Skystream dealer, but I currently am working with a dealer in the area. Some say that I am not factory authorized to work on these units, that is true but I am going to the factory this winter to become factory authorized, as soon as the next class becomes available. But as long as I am working with a dealer I am authorized.
